When will it ship?
In-stock orders leave our Tokyo workshop within 7 business days of payment, with tracking. Within Japan that's usually 1 to 4 days; abroad, your delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, from Tokyo, with tracking. As a launch offer, shipping is free everywhere until 15 November 2026.
Why do US orders include duties?
Since 15 October 2026, every parcel posted from Japan to the United States with goods worth up to $2,500 has to be declared to US Customs before it leaves, with its duties already paid. There's no duty-free allowance for small parcels any more, and goods made in Japan carry a combined US duty of 12.5%. So we add it at checkout, pay it before TALLY ships and send it Delivered Duty Paid: the carrier won't ask you for anything. Sources: Japan Post, nippon.com.
Will I pay anything when it arrives?
In the United States, no: the duty is in the price and we ship Delivered Duty Paid. Everywhere else, import duties and taxes aren't included. If your country charges them (EU and UK VAT, for example), the carrier or customs collects them when TALLY arrives. Checkout asks you to confirm this, or to ask us what to expect first.
Is a USB-C cable included?
No. Any USB-C data cable works, including the one from your phone. A charge-only cable will power TALLY but can't carry your figures.
How is TALLY made?
We design the case and 3D print it in Tokyo, fit the board and screen, flash the latest firmware and test every unit before it's boxed.
What's the warranty?
Twelve months from delivery. If your TALLY fails under normal use, we repair or replace it. See Terms.
Can I return it?
If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at our cost. See Returns & refunds.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout, in US dollars. You get a receipt and an invoice by email.
